All Brother Fan Coils are available with a Medium Bypass Valve, this valve diverts chilled Medium around Fan Coil during cycle off.  Diverting Medium helps to safe energy by reducing chiller runtime.

Brother Fan Coils feature high output tubeaxial blowers that provide maximum efficiency!  Configure your Fan Coil with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to control leaving airflow.  Adjusting the air passing over the coil allows operator to fine tune the capacity of the fan coil for fine tuning the cooling capacity of the space.

Fan Coils can be outfitted with a number of options that ensure Clean Air is circulating in your space. 

Air Ionization treats the leaving air to destroy harmful airborne bacteria.  

High capacity return air filters such as MERV 13 or HEPA collect the harmful particulates neutralized by air ionization and can be installed directly on the unit with our bolt-on brackets.  

UV or UltraViolet lamps maintain a clean Chilled Medium Coil and inhibit any growth from forming.

Clean Air Coils feature copper fins instead of aluminum fins.  Copper Fins have been proven to inhibit the growth harmful bacteria and viruses that bread on traditional aluminum fins.

Brother Fan Coils are available with electric heat elements that aid in temperature control of your space or even dehumidification in Dry Mode.  Auxiliary heat can be added and all fan coils are capable of providing heat via hydronic means.

For Fan Coils installed exterior of the grow space, Brother offers bolt-on Return and Supply air ducting adaptors.

Chilled Medium Sensors

Temperature Sensors can be installed to observe Supply Medium Temperature, Return Medium Temperature or both!  

Flow Sensors allow for users to fine tune the Medium Flow rate during commission and observation during normal operation.  

When configured, the ROI harness will include the sensors outputs for communication with a Central Control and Monitoring System.
